Why I Started This Blog

I’ve been an Oregon lawyer for more than 25 years.  I help people with estate planning, distributing estates when someone dies, and dealing with the legal challenges presented by aging.  I enjoy empowering people by providing useful information, and I hope to do more of that here.   The “questions” here reflect the kinds of things that come up fairly often in my practice, but they aren’t specific to any case or client.  Nothing you or I do here creates an attorney-client relationship.  If you want to know more about me or hire me for an Oregon matter, my website is elderlawportland.com.
